Chapter 288: The supplications of the Prophet, may Allah bless
بَابُ دَعَوَاتِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم
Al-Adab Al-Mufrad 662
Abu Sirma reported that the Messenger of Allah , may Allah bless him and grant him peace, used to say, "O Allah, I ask You to make me wealthy and make my mawla wealthy!"
حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ خَالِدٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى بْنِ حِبَّانَ، عَنْ لُؤْلُؤَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي صِرْمَةَ قَالَ: كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ: اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ غِنَايَ وَغِنَى مَوْلايَ.
