Chapter 31: A man should not be married to a woman along with her paternal or maternal aunt at the same time
باب لاَ تُنْكَحُ الْمَرْأَةُ عَلَى عَمَّتِهَا وَلاَ عَلَى خَالَتِهَا
Sunan Ibn Majah 1931
Abu Bakr bin Abu Musa narrated that his father said
“The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “A man should not be married to a woman and her paternal aunt or maternal aunt at the same time.”حَدَّثَنَا جُبَارَةُ بْنُ الْمُغَلِّسِ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّهْشَلِيُّ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي مُوسَى، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " لاَ تُنْكَحُ الْمَرْأَةُ عَلَى عَمَّتِهَا وَلاَ عَلَى خَالَتِهَا " .
