Chapter 32: Prohibition Of Selling Fruits Before They Have Ripened
باب النَّهْىِ عَنْ بَيْعِ الثِّمَارِ، قَبْلَ أَنْ يَبْدُوَ، صَلاَحُهَا
Sunan Ibn Majah 2216
It was narrated from Jabir that
the Prophet (ﷺ) forbade selling fruits until they have ripened.حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرِ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلاَحُهُ .
