باب التَّعْزِيرِ
Sunan Ibn Majah 2602
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said
“Do not punish with more than ten whips.”حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبَّادُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لاَ تُعَزِّرُوا فَوْقَ عَشَرَةِ أَسْوَاطٍ " .
