Sunan Ibn Majah 2676
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said
“(The injuries caused by) a fire are without liability, and by falling into a well.”حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الأَزْهَرِ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ هَمَّامٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " النَّارُ جُبَارٌ وَالْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ " .
