Chapter 8: What is disliked to use for a sacrifice
باب مَا يُكْرَهُ أَنْ يُضَحَّى بِهِ
Sunan Ibn Majah 3143
It was narrated that ‘Ali said
“The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) commanded us to examine the eyes and ears.”*حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ كُهَيْلٍ، عَنْ حُجَيَّةَ بْنِ عَدِيٍّ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ أَمَرَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ أَنْ نَسْتَشْرِفَ الْعَيْنَ وَالأُذُنَ .
