Chapter 114: What was narrated of the prohibition for the one holding urine or stool from praying
باب مَا جَاءَ فِي النَّهْىِ لِلْحَاقِنِ أَنْ يُصَلِّيَ
Sunan Ibn Majah 618
It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said
"The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, 'No one of you should stand to pray when he feels some discomfort (because of needing to urinate or defecate).'"حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، عَنْ إِدْرِيسَ الأَوْدِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " لاَ يَقُومُ أَحَدُكُمْ إِلَى الصَّلاَةِ وَبِهِ أَذًى " .
