Chapter 120: A menstruating woman taking something from the mosque
باب الْحَائِضِ تَتَنَاوَلُ الشَّىْءَ مِنَ الْمَسْجِدِ
Sunan Ibn Majah 633
It was narrated that 'Aishah said
"The Prophet (ﷺ) used to bring his head close to me when I was menstruaring and he was in I'tikaf (seclusion in a mosques for the purpose of worship), and I would wash it and comb his hair."حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَعَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ يُدْنِي رَأْسَهُ إِلَىَّ وَأَنَا حَائِضٌ وَهُوَ مُجَاوِرٌ - تَعْنِي مُعْتَكِفًا - فَأَغْسِلُهُ وَأُرَجِّلُهُ .
