باب ذِكْرِ الاِخْتِلاَفِ عَلَى أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ
Sunnan an-Nasai 3714
Hanzalah narrated that he heard Tawus say
"The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: 'Ruqba is not permissible. Whoever is given something on the basis of Ruqba, it is part of his estate.'"أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَاتِمٍ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا حِبَّانُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ، عَنْ حَنْظَلَةَ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ طَاوُسًا، يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لاَ تَحِلُّ الرُّقْبَى فَمَنْ أُرْقِبَ رُقْبَى فَهُوَ سَبِيلُ الْمِيرَاثِ " .
