باب الْقَوَدِ مِنَ السَّيِّدِ لِلْمَوْلَى
Sunnan an-Nasai 4737
It was narrated from Samurah that the Prophet (ﷺ) said
"Whoever kills his slave, we will kill him, and whoever mutilates his slave, we will mutilate him."أَخْبَرَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " مَنْ قَتَلَ عَبْدَهُ قَتَلْنَاهُ وَمَنْ جَدَعَ عَبْدَهُ جَدَعْنَاهُ " .
