Chapter 221: Merit of Suhur (Predawn meal in Ramadan) and the Excellence of Delaying having it till before Dawn
- باب فضل السحور وتأخيره ما لم يخشَ طلوع الفجر:
Riyad as-Salihin 1232
'Amr bin Al-'As (May Allah be pleased with him) reported
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "The difference between our observance of Saum (fasting) and that of the people of the Scriptures is Suhur (predawn meal in Ramadan)."[Muslim].
- وعن عمرو بن العاص رضي الله عنه أن رسول الله قال: "فصل ما بين صيامنا وصيام أهل الكتاب أكلة السحر. ((رواه مسلم)).
